Terms & Conditions

• Project Initiation: A minimum 30% to 70% advance payment (depending on the project value) is required to start any development work.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared in full before the website is made live or credentials are handed over.
• Content Responsibility: Clients must provide all necessary text, logos, and images. Delays in content submission will extend the delivery timeline.
• Revisions: We provide up to 3 rounds of minor revisions. Major structural changes after approval will incur additional costs.
• Renewals: Domain and Hosting renewals must be paid at least 7 days before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.
• Ownership: Full ownership and access are transferred only after 100% payment completion.

Refund Policy

• Third-Party Costs: Payments made for Domain Names and Hosting services are 100% non-refundable once purchased.
• Work Progress: The advance payment (30%-70%) is non-refundable once the project strategy, design, or coding phase has started.
• Cancellation: If a client cancels the project mid-way, no refund will be issued for the work already completed.
• Agency Fault: If DigiMoms fails to deliver the project due to internal issues, a refund will be processed after deducting incurred third-party expenses.

Privacy Policy

• Confidentiality: We guarantee 100% confidentiality of your business data and login credentials (cPanel, Emails, etc.).
• Data Usage: We only collect essential data like name, email, and phone number for project communication.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your information with any outside marketing agencies or third parties.
• Security: Your data is stored securely during the development process and used strictly for your project.
